Prospects Wrestling Club will be running a camp from July 24-28th. It will take place at PMHS from 8am-noon each day.
There is no special equipment required.
Participants will need to wear shorts and t-shirt and bring running shoes & a labeled water bottle.
There is a $75 fee for each wrestler. Please make checks payable to "PMHS." These will be collected at the first session. Athletic forms will be available as well.
All participants will receive a Prospects Wrestling t-shirt.
Coach Pappaceno will run strength and conditioning drills and teach the fundamentals of wrestling.
