ACS 7th & 8th grade students had a blast attending New Hampshire Forest Career Field Day at Bear Brook State Park.

Today award-winning, New Hampshire children's author Matt Forrest Esenwine visited Alton Central School for a special series of presentations and workshops. The students enjoyed their time with this amazing author.

Alton Central School grade 6-8 band and chorus students provided a spectacular performance with students from Barnstead Elementary and Prospect Mountain High School to a packed auditorium this evening. Due to the impending weather conditions, ACS will have an early release today. Students will be dismissed at 12:15, and buses will pick them up at the same time. Walkers will also be dismissed at 12:15. Parent pick-up will begin at 12:15. There will be no afternoon pre-k program, and all afternoon activities have been canceled.
Final Ski and Stay Day for 2025 was a success!
